Who Qualifies for Our Services

Our free services are available to individuals who meet one or more of the following criteria:

Individuals aged 65 and older automatically qualify for our services regardless of income level.

Those with household income below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Required Documents

To help us serve you better and ensure we provide accurate assistance, please bring the following documents to your appointment:

For Seniors

  • Government-issued photo ID (Driver's license, state ID, or passport)
  • Proof of age (If not evident from ID)
  • Social Security card or number
  • Any relevant documents related to the service you need (tax forms, bills, applications, etc.)

For Low-Income Individuals & Families

  • Government-issued photo ID for all adults in household
  • Proof of income (pay stubs, benefit statements, tax returns)
  • Proof of residence (utility bill, lease agreement)
  • Social Security cards for all household members
  • Documents related to your specific need (the forms you need help with)
